The Foundation for Conscious Living’s Presence-Connect-Play app offers invitational prompts to support you presencing in the current moment, connecting with others and your environment, and creating playful interactions.

Try on the Presence-Connect-Play prompts together to increase your vitality and collaborative fun.

Each time you open the app you will receive a new, random combination of Presence, Connect, and Play prompts. After receiving a new combination, if you’d like to change out one of the prompts, tap the one you want to change. To change out all the prompts, tap the Refresh button.
